Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Coordinate the design development and pre-construction process from project setup through final budget hand-off.</li>
<li>Work with designers and clients to document specifications and selections using Construction Online (COL) and UDA Construction Suite.</li>
<li>Organize and track all project documentation, including design drawings and specifications, subcontractor scopes, RFPs, proposals, and subcontracts, to ensure efficient management.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Operations team to manage schedule milestones and allocate resources effectively.</li>
<li>Support the zoning and permitting process with local authorities and internal teams.</li>
<li>Maintain and report budget data; push estimates to QuickBooks.</li>
<li>Coordinate, update, and document selections, change orders, and schedules as needed.</li>
<li>Complete daily project updates/logs in QuickBooks Time tracker, MS Office, and Construction Online</li>
<li>Conduct jobsite visits to ensure data and field performance align.</li>
<li>Help maintain documentation for green building certifications when applicable.</li>
<li>Ensure clients receive initial warranty documents and onboarding packets.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3 or more years of direct experience in project coordination, and 5 or more years in residential construction overall</li>
<li>Custom or luxury residential experience strongly preferred</li>
<li>Proficiency with Excel, QuickBooks, and construction software (Construction Online, UDA, Procore, Buildertrend, etc.)</li>
<li>Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills</li>
<li>Proactive, results oriented</li>
<li>Ability to visit job sites and conduct on-site coordination</li>
<li>Clean driving record</li>

About This Position:
American Tin Ceilings is a growing manufacturing company in the Bradenton, FL area that is currently seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Packer supporting our Shipping department. This position will be responsible for performing general physical activities including but not limited to packing, loading, unloading, sorting, counting, and moving products and shipments by hand, pallet jack or forklift in order to support our shipping performance requirements. 
<ul>
<li>Location: Bradenton, FL. On-site.</li>
<li>Schedule: 7:00am – 3:30pm. Mon-Fri. Full time. Opportunities for overtime pay.</li>
<li>Hourly Pay Rate: $14.00 - $17.00 (experience &amp; interview performance will determine actual number within the range).</li>
<li>Reports to: Front-Line Supervisor</li>

What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Pull, handle, count, pack and label various products into boxes for delivery to customers.</li>
<li>Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of shipment.</li>
<li>Verify quantity and description of materials shipped by checking merchandise against packing list.</li>
<li>Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.</li>
