BERCO, a Helios company, compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $18.00 per hour in our lowest geographic market up to $20.00 per hour in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Helios compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.

Job Details
 The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Must be a member in good standing with the Florida State Bar. 3. Minimum 2+ years of experience in first party claims, general liability defense litigation, insurance, defense, products liability, and premises liability defense. 4. Demonstrated ability to manage a large caseload, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure. 5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, colleagues, and the general public. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. 7. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. 8. Ability to work independently, but also cooperatively and efficiently as part of a team. 9. Commitment to maintaining the highest level of professional and ethical standards.
