Key Responsibilities:

PrideStaff is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative for a thriving family-owned company in Fort Myers, FL. We are looking for a driven individual with commercial sales and B2B experience who can cultivate new client relationships and significantly contribute to the company's expansion in the local market.
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Compensation: $40,000 Annually (Base salary plus commission with benefits package)
Shift: 1st Shift; Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical understanding, industry trends, and relevant processes.</li>
<li>Continuously monitor the marketplace, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify new business and marketing opportunities.</li>
<li>Create comprehensive product reference documents and customer-facing materials.</li>
<li>Design and execute a product marketing plan aimed at increasing sales and revenue.</li>
<li>Collaborate with installation team leaders to comprehend, articulate, and analyze client requirements.</li>
<li>Present products to consumers and professionally address potential client inquiries in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor while interacting with clients and colleagues.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in commercial sales, with a strong background in B2B sales.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and promote company growth.</li>
<li>Highly driven, reliable, conscientious, and self-motivated with exceptional communication and computer skills.</li>
<li>Possess a strong desire and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.</li>
<li>Exhibit meticulous attention to detail.</li>
<li>A clean driving record is mandatory, as this position requires operating a company vehicle.</li>
<li>Previous experience in sales is required. Installation experience may also be considered as well.</li>

Core Responsibilities:

Utilize our customized Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients while expanding your professional network within your territory and neighboring communities

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed
</li>
<li>
Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
</li>
<li>
Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team
</li>
<li>
Personally visit new businesses, develop relationships with local business owners, follow up on referral leads, and re-service existing clients
</li>
<li>
Build and nurture your own client portfolio
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets for yourself
</li>
<li>
Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and working hours; submit your schedule to your sales team manager each week
</li>
<li>
Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at the end of each work day
</li>
</ul>
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
</li>
<li>
Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
</li>
<li>
Active Health &amp; Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided at no cost and state licensing fees reimbursement available)

Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
