As an Application Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the enterprise applications that drive our business operations. You will work closely with end users, vendors, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, improve workflows, and ensure seamless integration between systems. Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications and resolve application-related incidents
• Respond to user inquiries and service requests while delivering a high level of customer support
• Configure, maintain, and optimize business applications to align with operational needs and improve performance
• Develop user guides, deliver training sessions, and assist employees in maximizing application functionality
• Ensure seamless integration between applications, databases, APIs, and other IT systems
• Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, permissions, workflows, libraries, and integrations
• Monitor and maintain application security, user access, and compliance standards
• Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotations as required by Corporate IT operations
• Recommend process improvements that enhance the implementation, maintenance, and support of hardware and software solutions
• Collaborate effectively with Service Desk, Technical Services, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Participate in meetings, committees, and continuing education initiatives to support organizational goals
• Document application configurations, support processes, and system changes
• Assist with application upgrades, implementations, testing, and new software deployments
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required (or equivalent experience)
• 2-4 years of experience in application support, systems analysis, or IT operations required
• Experience supporting enterprise applications such as SharePoint, EHR, ERP, CRM, HRIS, or SaaS platforms
• Experience with Jira or other IT ticketing systems
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint administration, including workflows, permissions, site management, and integrations
• Experience working with SQL databases, including querying and troubleshooting application data
• Understanding of REST APIs, Power Automate, and third-party system integrations
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, or cloud-based technologies
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI preferred
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes and best practices preferred
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
