What You'll Do
- Complete daily routes servicing lawns and ornamental landscapes
- Inspect properties, diagnose turf and plant issues, and apply treatments
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control products safely and effectively
- Communicate with customers to explain services and provide recommendations
- Monitor treatment results and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate service records and compliance documentation
- Keep your vehicle, equipment, and tools in top condition
What Success Looks Like
- Complete 98%+ of scheduled service stops
- Maintain 90%+ accuracy in documentation and compliance
- Achieve 90%+ customer satisfaction scores
- Generate 8+ qualified leads per month
- Resolve 95%+ of service issues within 24 hours
- Maintain zero preventable safety or driving incidents
Requirements
What You'll Bring
- Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Preferred:
- Lawn & Ornamental license or certification
- Experience in lawn care, pest control, or landscaping
- Familiarity with lawn service equipment and application tools
