Role Summary:
Accountable for end-to-end AVaaS delivery including transition, operations, governance, andRoles & Responsibilities:
Lead global AVaaS program delivery (design → transition → steady state)

Interface with Organization leadership for governance, reporting, and escalations
Ensure alignment with AV standards, security, and compliance
Manage OEM/vendor ecosystem & transition risks
Oversee event, studio, and VIP support delivery
