As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Regional HR Manager to serve as a trusted HR partner for multiple operating companies across Florida.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Regional HR Manager to serve as a trusted HR partner for multiple operating companies across Florida.

What You'll Do
As a Regional HR Manager, you'll serve as the primary HR contact for the branches you support, partnering with local leaders while working closely with our corporate HR team.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the day-to-day HR partner for multiple branch locations across the state of Florida.
- Advise managers and employees on employee relations, policy interpretation, workplace concerns, and HR best practices.
- Administer leaves of absence, PTO, accommodations, and other employee life cycle processes.
- Support benefits administration and answer employee questions regarding benefit programs.
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including resume review, phone screens, interview scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with branch leadership to support hiring, retention, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate closely with fellow Regional HR Managers, Recruiters, Payroll, Operations, and executive leadership on company-wide initiatives.
- Support acquisitions, special projects, and other HR initiatives as the organization continues to grow.
- 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience required.
- Experience supporting multiple locations or a multi-state workforce is preferred.
- Home services, construction, skilled trades, or other field-based industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Calm, patient, and level-headed when navigating difficult conversations or urgent situations.
- Willingness to occasionally respond to time-sensitive employee issues outside of normal business hours; occasional travel is required.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office; experience with Paycor is a plus.
