A Shift Leader will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store. - Performs store checklist tasks.

- Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
- Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
Essential Functions:
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
- Microsoft Office knowledge required.
- Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
- Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback.
- Must be extremely reliable
