Job Summary
Patient Dining Associates work on assigned units in a healthcare facility, and provide services that include helping patients make menu selections, assemble, deliver and pick-up their meal trays. They are part of the caregiving team, responsible for patient safety and satisfaction goals by making sure meals are accurate and delivered at the right time and temperature. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Help patients understand their menu selections and work with nursing to ensure sure their orders comply with their nutritional requirements or restrictions.</li>
<li>Work with the caregivers and culinary team to determine menu alternatives for patients with food allergies and sensitivities; cultural, ethnic and religious preferences; or when a patient inquires about additional selections.</li>
<li>Manage tray tickets and assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection in a timely and accurate manner. Retrieve trays from patient rooms at assigned times.</li>
<li>Complies with regulator agency standards, including federal, state and JCAHO. Adhere to facility confidentiality and the patient’s rights policy as outlined in the facility’s Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Follows Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines when handling food, cleaning work stations and breaking down patient tray line.</li>
<li>Follows facility and department infection control policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Assist dietitians, such as helping monitor patients who cannot eat food through their mouth, are on liquid diets or have a specific calorie count to manage.</li>

ASSOCIATE DENTIST JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Examining patients' teeth and gums to diagnose and treat various oral health issues.</li>
<li>Utilizing X-rays and computer-generated imaging to assist with examinations.</li>
<li>Providing dental treatments to patients, including routine cleanings, extractions, dental fillings, cavity, and tooth decay treatments, teeth whitening, bonding, and applications of dental crowns, caps, and veneers.</li>
<li>Administering local anesthesia to patients as needed.</li>
<li>Educating patients on good oral hygiene practices and advising them on proper aftercare following certain dental procedures.</li>
<li>Performing oral cancer screenings.</li>
<li>Prescribing antibiotics and pain medications to patients as required.</li>
<li>Ensuring that all dental instruments and equipment are sterilized before each use.</li>
<li>Taking impressions of patients’ mouths for the fabrication of customized mouthguards and dentures.</li>

ASSOCIATE DENTIST REQUIREMENTS

<li>Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD)</li>
<li>State license to practice dentistry</li>
<li>CPR certification</li>

Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Dietitian (Hourly-PRN) to join our Nutrition Team in an acute care medical center in West Palm Beach, FL.
 Key Responsibilities:
&nbsp;

<li>Provides medical nutrition therapy including nutrition assessment, diet modification, nutrition education, and intervention for the patient population</li>
<li>Follows all guidelines as outlined within the Company Diet Manual and the Clinical Nutrition Policies &amp; Procedures Manual</li>
<li>Complies with all regulatory standards to include federal, state, and accrediting agencies while adhering to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies</li>
<li>Trains and mentors patient services staff and interns as applicable</li>
<li>Participates in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:
&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)</li>
<li>Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, in states where required</li>
<li>One (1) year of hospital experience, preferred</li>
<li>Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft office applications, electronic medical record &amp; diet office systems, and nutrient analysis programming</li>
