How We Work Together

The expected salary range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000 USD per year for full time team members.

• Work 3x12 hour shifts with 36 guaranteed hours or 8/10 hour shifts with 40 guaranteed hours \n• Minimum 2 years PCU experience required, with ICU experience within the last 3 years \n• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required \n• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start) \n• Epic experience required at level 3 or 4 \n• Familiarity with cardiac drips required \n• Float to all 3 hospitals within 20 miles as needed \n• White scrub color required \n• EKG and Pharm test required during orientation with maximum 2 attempts each \n• Must complete time-sensitive modules upon confirmation \n• Skills include: interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, central line care, IV sedation, cardiac and vasoactive drip titration, BiPAP/CPAP assistance, ventilated patient care, ABG interpretation, and suctioning \n• All RTO must be submitted at time of application \n• First-time travelers accepted \n• Florida license required (pending licenses accepted)
