What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.</li>
<li>Monitor common areas and access points to help to deter unwanted behavior and report any suspicious activity.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site protocols.</li>
<li>Communicate with residents, visitors, and property management to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.</li>
<li>Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines while performing assigned duties at the residential location.</li>

Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.</li>
<li>A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.</li>
<li>Customer service experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>

Is searching for an experienced Project Manager to handle the day-to-day operations of our statewide Construction Projects, local Service Accounts, Equipment Repairs and Replacements. Overnight travel is a requirement. You should be an experienced leader with knowledge of all aspects of HVACR troubleshooting, HVACR service and installation, and be able to coach other technicians or varying skill levels over the phone or in person.
