 Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for the full life cycle of private equity real estate and finance transactions. This includes structuring and documenting joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings involving a range of asset classes, capital stacks, and ownership structures. You will draft, review, and negotiate core transaction documents, including letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements and operating agreements, loan documents, intercreditor and subordination agreements, pledge and collateral documents, subscription/credit facilities, and ancillary corporate instruments. You will oversee legal due diligence across title, survey, zoning, environmental, and corporate matters; synthesize findings into clear risk assessments and deal memoranda; and coordinate with tax, regulatory, and other specialist counsel as needed. You demonstrate mastery of core real estate and corporate documentation, including operating agreements, joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements, loan agreements, guaranties, security instruments, and intercreditor agreements. You have proven ability to run transactions independently, manage multiple concurrent workstreams, and drive timely execution under tight deadlines. You are a strong negotiator with excellent drafting, issue-spotting, and judgment, and you communicate clearly and concisely with clients and counterparties. Familiarity with fund structures, REIT considerations, preferred equity, mezzanine financing, and complex waterfalls is strongly preferred. 
 
Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in large-scale portfolio transactions, development and construction financing, hotel or industrial assets, ground leases, co-GP and programmatic JV structures, and cross-border or tax-sensitive structures will be prioritized. POSITION SUMMARY: 
The Service Delivery Engineer role underpins all delivery and support of the firm, enabling the smooth running of the technical platforms and tools and consistently ensuring that contracted SLAs are met for day-to-day activities such as data processing, validation checks, and support management. The role exists to ensure that the department consistently delivers, and the customer consistently receives excellent service and support. The Service Delivery Engineer installs, maintains, tests, and repairs systems and networks. Utilizes basic technical knowledge to support IT initiatives and provides first-level technical information systems support to the firm.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Performs basic problem solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware systems for the firm.</li>
<li>Accurate and timely management, capture, resolution, and closure of support calls within agreed SLAs.</li>
<li>Provide individual instruction and/or training to users on new or updated technologies. May train employees.</li>
<li>Assists with tracking inventory levels of equipment and materials; performs data entry and maintenance of records such as, but not limited to, project documents, user instructions, general reports, and/or systems errors.</li>
<li>Performs routine technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for proper upkeep of systems; troubleshoots and resolves general system hardware, software, and network failures and conflicts.</li>
<li>Assists with the review, evaluation and recommendation of solutions relating to hardware and software acquisitions and/or network updates.</li>
<li>Assists with research and development initiatives and in the implementation of new technologies.</li>
<li>Assists with the implementation of technology projects with moderate scope and impact.</li>
<li>Assists with the installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations and/or other related equipment and devices.</li>
<li>Maintains currency of knowledge with respect to technology, equipment, applicable laws, regulations, standards and/or systems.</li>

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

What you'll do:

<li>The Operations Supervisor will lead, manage and develop a team of 25 to 30 ShipMonk Associates</li>
<li>Communicate policies to Associates and act as the primary information source for the team, maintain compliance, consistency, and taking corrective action when needed</li>
