Position responsibilities:

<li>Manage assigned accounts, by executing sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers, identify their needs and sell HVAC/R service and products that meet their needs. The above includes:

<li>Annually, create a listing of at least five prospecting accounts in order to support the branch growth targets established. Creating goals and forecasts per account, following up on leads, developing pricing and various programs to drive growth objectives, and monitoring of sales activity are critical to the overall success of this endeavor</li>
<li>Conduct business reviews on all top (twenty-five) accounts in the first quarter of each year. Document their needs and build a strategy to meet their needs. </li>
<li>Through internal/external training, maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets. Work with product managers and vendors on field issues that includes new products, high failure rates, large bid opportunities and competitive pricing. </li>
<li>Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional and effective manner by meeting established sales and revenue goals.</li>
<li>Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities. </li>
<li>Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product and services. </li>
<li>Participates in Marketing and Sales meetings, providing customer and product data, strategies and opportunities. </li>
<li>Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers. This includes:

<li>Completion of weekly call reports </li>
<li>Communicating inventory needs / changes to product managers and purchasing. </li>
<li>Participation in marketing and sales conference calls. </li>

POSITION SUMMARY 
Outside Plant Damage (OPD) costs our clients over 30 million annually. Field investigators are needed to collect, access, and report these damages. This is a part-time, on-call contract job to help support our clients with damage recovery. For our field investigators, each day and every investigation is different. We need inquisitive, self-driven individuals who are comfortable rolling up their sleeves and working in a constantly changing, dynamic environment.  
Duties

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS
General job duties for all store team members
Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

WORK CONDITIONS
Exposure to
Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. Exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Standing
Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
Walking
For short distances for short durations. Surfaces include ceramic tile bricks with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36 and 48.
Sitting
Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
Lifting
Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck. Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'. Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 high.
Carrying
Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves. Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store. Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
 Pushing
To move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24- 30 and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push. Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing
Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
