<li>Helping our Franchisees understand the real-estate and construction process</li>
<li>Site visits to office towers and lifestyle centers to evaluate viability of leasing space</li>
<li>Discussing rates, condition of space and determining viability of a location for one of our major Office, Coworking or Retail brands</li>
<li>Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with real estate professionals, property owners, and other stakeholders to stay informed about potential opportunities General Research using Costar(R), Loopnet, etc and/or other brokers to find locations nationwide</li>
<li>Onsite visits to the locations to confirm it is the right fit for our brands</li>
<li>Managing various projects, scheduling appointments with landlords, working with contractors, analyzing rental rates, bids, compiling location data, and general administration and tasks as assigned.</li>
<li>Related activities include, but are not limited to, directly interfacing with clients, vendors, landlords, attorneys, contractors, owners, the sales team</li>
<li>Work in our customized follow-up system to allow for all status, communications, forms, dates and updates to ensure the launch is on time and a plan if the plan slips to ensure on time completion and success.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial real estate a must</li>
<li>Ability to work independently but also follow instructions.</li>
<li>Customer service experience a must</li>
<li>Understanding of LOI’s, Proposals, RFP’s, &amp; Leases</li>
<li>Strong computer skills with a belief in continued improvement.</li>
<li>CRM/ Database entry (ACT, Salesforce, Costar, etc)</li>
<li>Self-motivated, team player, with an entrepreneurial spirit, and a growth mindset.</li>
<li>Must be comfortable traveling up to 30%</li>
