Position Overview:
The Project Manager is an exempt position responsible for overall project management of construction projects, with direct accountability for project deliverability. Essential Tasks: Assist in preconstruction during bid phase and in development of project budget. Prepare construction schedules and monitor and manage schedule performance. Conduct periodic site visits to monitor the progress of construction, looking for ways to expedite and predict problems. What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.</li>

Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.</li>
<li>Applicants must be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or an equivalent program.</li>
<li>Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in armed security, law enforcement, and/or military roles.</li>
<li>An armed guard card or license is required.</li>
<li>Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.</li>
<li>Applicants must provide one of the following: DD214 with honorable discharge, associate degree or 60 college credits, police academy certificate, or corrections academy certificate.</li>
<li>Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>
<li>Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.</li>
<li>Participate in industry-specific security training programs.</li>
<li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.</li>
