POSITION SUMMARY The CNC Machinist II produces machined parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies. The role requires the above to be accomplished within Tecomet‘s principles of continuous improvement, customer driven innovation and a win first culture, while meeting company financial and other performance metrics.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Operate and Set-up CNC machines within specified tolerances following work instructions and in accordance with machine programs and engineering drawings; </li>
<li>Perform difficult CNC Machinist work including progressive machining of a variety of parts and different metals where very close tolerances must be maintained; </li>
<li>Change dull tooling, and/or make minor offsets and adjustments as needed for tooling wear; </li>
<li>Ensure product quality is achieved by working to operator owned quality (OOQ) standards and requirements including using a range of measuring equipment and interpreting readings; </li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance as per daily machine checklist and adhere to PM schedule; </li>
<li>Perform hand finishing; </li>
<li>Follow Good Manufacturing and Good Document Practices (GMP/GDP) at all times including completion of job routers/ cards; </li>
<li>Ensure safe working practices are carried out to minimize risks to the job holder and/or colleagues, including identifying and reporting Safety, Health &amp; Environmental issues; </li>
<li>Achieve set productivity targets and identify ways of improving productivity; </li>

Qualifications

About Our Program:
The purpose of the After Care Resource Navigator Program is to increase positive outcomes for youth who are reentering the community from a residential commitment facility by identifying and establishing relationships with resources that address the service needs of youth and families, connecting youth served by the Program and their families with the appropriate resources to address their specific service needs. Overview:
Here at ACG, we are looking to hire an overall experience Construction Worker. The ideal candidate would have experience in varies area in the construction environment. Main duties include repairing, installing, or improving new or existing structures and hardware.**Candidate must be willing to undergo a pre-employment screening**
Primary responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Repairing any broken, loose, or missing hardware in worksites </li>
<li>Repairing damage to dry wall, seals, metal doors, and other commercial fixtures.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of hardware, equipment, and materials such as drywall, tile, fasteners, plumbing, electrical, etc.</li>
<li>Proper care and respect of equipment including power tools, dollies, vacuums, etc.. Welding is a plus.</li>
<li>Working carefully to ensure the safety of the employee and others when working with hazardous materials, chemicals, or electricals.</li>
<li>Alerting staff on-site of any projects that temporarily affect mobility, access, or safety.</li>
<li>Managing inventory and notifying managers of needed hardware, paints, light bulbs, etc.</li>
<li>Communicating with other departments regarding any needs, issues, or informing them of in-progress projects that could create a hazardous environment.</li>
<li>Plaster/stucco</li>
<li>Joint sealants and caulking</li>
<li>Concrete repair</li>
<li>Concrete coating</li>
<li>Install windows and doors</li>
<li>Tile installation</li>
<li>Paint </li>
<li>Cleaning up work site and moving/carrying materials, equipment, and tools</li>
<li>Adhering to the Company’s safety standards and enforcing safety regulations</li>
<li>Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and/or repair a plus.</li>
<li>Have a working knowledge of power tools</li>
<li>Must have general knowledge and skill in all areas of construction.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.</li>
<li>Willing to undergo pre-employment screening such as: Background check record and Drug/Alcohol test.</li>
<li>3-5 years of experience in the construction industry</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license</li>
<li>Flexibility to travel when necessary</li>
<li>Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per day.</li>
</ul>
Available to work the following shifts: Day or Night
Pay Range: (Depending on level of experience)
