This is a full-time, 50-hour position, located inside the Collier County Sheriff Fleet Garage.
Work Environment:
<ul>
<li>Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm, except during emergency situations such as a hurricane or other natural disaster when extended hours, up to or including weekends, or around the clock coverage may be required.</li>
<li>Are you comfortable with working in a Fleet shop environment?</li>
<li>We operate inside our customers facilities which may or may not have air conditioning.</li>
<li>While performing the duties of this position, the employee maybe exposed to fumes or airborne particles.</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide an outstanding and a very high level of customer service with our partner and customer.</li>
<li>Immediately inform management of customer sales / service concerns and then address them.</li>
<li>Acknowledge and process electronic part requests from technicians in the IBS HUB computer system.</li>
<li>Fulfills all workorder requests from customers by utilizing various approved IBS vendors.</li>
<li>If required locate asset in shop to gain additional information such as VIN, Serial, or identifying part numbers to assist in sourcing items.</li>
<li>Assist in receiving supply/stock orders to include barcoding items and placing them in the correct location on the shelf.</li>
<li>Ensures the site is using the approved non-company line codes appropriately.</li>
<li>Assume responsibility for inventory protection, asset management and operational issues.</li>
<li>Ensures proper processes and procedures are utilized to minimize inventory shrinkage.</li>
<li>When needed operate our delivery vehicle to pick up or drop off items.</li>
<li>Ensures overall cleanliness of the site, stock room and outside areas.</li>
<li>Understands, interprets, and complies with Company policies.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Qualifications, Experience, Education, and Abilities: 
<ul>
<li>Federal background check is required.</li>
<li>Valid Driver's License Required.</li>
<li>HS Diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Parts knowledge in Police is vehicles preferred. Any of the following industries: Fire, EMS, Automotive, Heavy Duty, Transit, Refuse, Agricultural, GSE, Marine, Industrial is also a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to source hard to find items using internet search, catalogs, blueprints, etc.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Are you able to work on feet (stand and walk) for entire assigned work shift?</li>
<li>Are you capable of lifting and moving parts and boxes of up to 60 pounds?</li>
<li>Are you able to repeatedly bend or stoop to floor-level shelves and able to reach upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder when necessary?</li>
<li>Are you able to operate moving aids designed to move heavy and bulky items including hand trucks, carts, dollies, etc?</li>
