Position: Personal Injury Accident Investigator
Ged Lawyers LLP, headquartered in Boca Raton FL is seeking an expert in the field of vehicle accident investigation/reconstruction. The position involves both field and office settings, and requires knowledge of analysis techniques and tools for vehicle accident reconstruction.
You will be responsible for communication and coordination with the client, scheduling and completion of inspections, analysis of the incident, providing opinions, working with the lead attorneys on the file and coordinating with outside experts to ultimately prepare cases for Trial
Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
· Formal training in the field of accident investigation/reconstruction
· Strong propensity for research, investigation, analysis, and critical thinking
· Well organized
Responsibilities:
Managing your case files and projects
Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies based on investigative results
Close communication with clients and attorneys
Engage with clients and witnesses to gather necessary information while maintaining confidentiality
Communicating with insurance companies in order to navigate things like property damage, collision coverage, vehicle repairs, etc.
Gather evidence to determine cause and contributing factors of the accident
Coordinate data collection from vehicles.
Field inspections and follow up analysis
