Job Description: LEAD Staffing is currently seeking experienced Pipe Welders for a project in Fort Myers, FL . Welder MUST be able to pass the welding skills test if they don’t have welding certification.
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Welder (5 Years or more).</li>
<li>Stick - 6G Pipe Welding, Carbon Steel and copper, experience required.</li>
<li>They will do a Weld test if you don not have a welding certification.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of pipe systems and their components.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using various tools and equipment for welding.</li>
<li>Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.</li>
<li>Must have a valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation.</li>
<li>All tools of the trade &amp; PPE.</li>
<li>Strong attention to details.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Physical fitness and the ability to work in demanding environments.</li>
</ul>
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>

<li>Maintain and calibrate welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and consistent weld quality.</li>
<li>Adherence to all welding safety regulations and procedures.</li>
<li>Proper use of safety gear.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li>
<li>You will also be required to help out if other guys need help installing hangers, hanging pipe or getting material.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li>

Seeking an Experienced Interior Window Treatment Sales Professional to join our team. Candidate must have knowledge in all areas of interior window treatment sales. This includes blinds, shades, plantation shutters and draperies. Must be a self starter, able to work well with others, not only in a showroom setting, but also when working independently on outside sales calls. Experience with the complete line of Hunter Douglas products a plus. This includes using the Link and Direct Connect. Must have great follow thru and driven to succeed. This sales position is based in Fort Myers, but we cover all of Lee county, North Naples and south Charlotte county. Only reviewing resumes from those with experience. Confidentiality assured.
