Summary of Primary Functions
This Kleemann Support specialist position is responsible for the Kleemann equipment set up and customer support in Central and South Florida. The Support specialist will ensure a professional and highly productive experience for each customer. This role daily works directly with the Kleemann sales manager about all aspects of the equipment. This role is also responsible for ensuring that the after-sale product support needs of our customers are met. This position may require more than 50% travel within the territory and occasional travel outside of territory for training. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: May include some or all the following. Other duties may be assigned.

<li>Understand the Kleemann machine job site applications. And the components of the machines including the correct screens for each Kleemann model.</li>
<li>Provide on-site set-ups and tear-downs for Kleemann demonstrations, rentals, and sale start-ups. Train the customer operators on site. Machine inspections and technical support.</li>
<li>Sell maintenance agreements and replacement parts to the customers.</li>
<li>Maintain a contact management type database and call log for designated territory</li>
<li>Provide status report to sales manager as to achievement of goals and objective</li>
<li>Attend training and sales meetings as required</li>
<li>Ensure customer satisfaction. Work with the DOBBS team to know the customer’s expectations both today and the future.</li>
<li>Follow up with each service manager at the various branches to assure Kleemann repairs are moving forward. </li>

Fetch Specialty &amp; Emergency Veterinary Centers is seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our Radiation Oncology team in Bonita Springs, FL. Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the world of veterinary oncology? This is your chance to be part of a state-of-the-art facility where advanced medicine meets heartfelt compassion—for both pets and the people who love them. In this role, you will play a vital part in administering radiation treatments to pets diagnosed with cancer, ensuring their comfort and safety every step of the way. You’ll prepare, maintain, and operate specialized radiation therapy equipment, including our new, Varian Truebeam linear accelerator. Monitoring patients during treatment sessions, you’ll carefully document their responses and communicate any changes to the veterinary team.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

<li>Certification as a Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT) preferred.</li>
<li>Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, particularly in oncology or radiation therapy, is a plus but we welcome enthusiastic newcomers!</li>
