Responsibilities
Radiologic Technologist Duties
<ul>
<li>Prepare patients for radiologic procedures. Escort patients to dressing and x-ray rooms, provide verbal and/or written instructions and assist patients in positioning body parts to be radiographed. Explain procedures and observe patients to ensure patient care, safety and comfort during the x-ray exam.</li>
<li>Operate radiologic equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes. Position radiologic equipment and adjust controls to set exposure time and distance according to specification of examination. Take x-rays following established radiologic requirements and regulations to ensure patient care and safety.</li>
<li>Use radiation safety measures and protection devices to ensure safety of patients and team members</li>
<li>Ensure radiologic equipment remains in working order. Report equipment malfunctions to Center Operations Director</li>
<li>Ensure all Radiology workflows are followed and all Radiology reports cross correctly to EMR</li>
<li>Follows documentation procedures and completes required documentation related to patient x-ray visit.</li>
<li>Maintain all x-ray equipment, including calibration, QA/QC procedures, and record keeping in accordance with current policy and procedures</li>

Medical Assistant Duties
<ul>
<li>Perform Department of Transportation (DOT) and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing</li>
<li>Prepare patients for physical examinations, including taking vital signs and any required or requested ancillary testing including but not limited to vaccines and injections, phlebotomy, PFTs, audiogram testing and respirator fit testing (in accordance with state regulations)</li>
<li>Perform rapid screening tests (influenza, strep, mono, glucose, etc.)</li>
<li>Assist providers during examination and treatment</li>
<li>Responsible for performing routine medical procedures as ordered by treating clinician as well as triaging emergent patients as needed</li>
<li>Prepare and assist clinician with procedure set up and injury care</li>
<li>Apply bandages, dressings and splints as ordered by the treating clinician</li>
<li>Dispense medications and DME as ordered by the treating clinician in accordance with state regulations</li>
<li>Complete quality assurance activities on equipment and medical devices as well as testing processes used in the center</li>
<li>Maintain supplies, clean rooms and equipment, and stock exam rooms</li>
<li>Maintain and operate all medical devices and equipment, including calibration and record keeping in accordance with current policy and procedures</li>
<li>Notify supervisor immediately if equipment is not functioning properly, supplies are needed, or facility is not operating as expected</li>
<li>In partnership with center leadership, assist with patient flow and volume</li>
<li>Keep patients informed of expected wait times during all aspects of the center visit</li>
<li>Responsible for clerical tasks in both the front and back office associated with patient care and proper record keeping</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy in documentation</li>
<li>Perform front office duties: greet patients, obtain authorization, check in/out, communicate wait times, answer multi-line telephone system, and distribute employer results/paperwork as needed</li>

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
The Luggage Delivery Dispatcher assures passenger luggage is delivered by coordinating the pick-up and delivery of the luggage between the airline and the passenger. The dispatcher may be required to pick up luggage daily from the airport, coordinate a delivery schedule, assign luggage to drivers and assure the delivery schedule is met. 

This position will perform associated administrative duties including customer service and customer billing.

Amerita, Inc. is a leading provider in home Infusion therapy. We are looking for an Intake Coordinator to join our Intake team as we grow to be one of the top home infusion providers in the country. The Intake Coordinator will report to the General Manager and work in our location branch. 

As a core member of the Intake team, you will have primary responsiblity for the timely clearance of new referrals. We will help you achieve your goals through continuous professional development and regular career progression discussions.

Amerita’s intake coordinator are responsible for working in coordination with the sales and pharmacy teams process patient referrals and admissions in a timely manner. Intake coordinators must gather necessary patient information to create patient records and working with access operations to communicate insurance coverage to patients and referral sources. The Intake coordinators are often the first point of contact for patients and referrals sources and must create and maintain a positive, calm and supportive atmosphere; emphasizing personal interest and compassion for our patients.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Responsible for processing referrals received from referral sources.</li>
<li>Ensures that all required documentation has been received to process the referral timely</li>
<li>Ensures Intake referral checklists are complete</li>
<li>Enters patient demographic, clinical, and insurance and authorization information into the computer system</li>
<li>Coordinates with other departments including Sales, Access and clinical staff regarding the status of the referrals and any authorization requirements and out of pocket cost required to be collected before delivery</li>
<li>Ensures that insurance verification is completed and patient has accepted financial responsibility prior to initial shipment.</li>
<li>Completes documentation of progress notes in computer system</li>
<li>Notifies patients/caregivers regarding insurance coverage and payment responsibilities</li>
<li>Maintains confidentiality of patient and proprietary information.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree or some college preferred </li>
<li>Experience working with all payer types, including Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance companies </li>
<li>Knowledge of insurance verification and pre-certification procedures </li>
<li>Understands the scope of services that Amerita can provide </li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
