Scope of Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support legal team in case research, critical event reporting, and client service needs, both writing and verbal, to forward the objectives of ALTO Alliance.</li>
<li>Communicates regarding criminal case preparation, filing and case dispositions, to provide support needed for Legal Teams for effectively and successfully managing their caseload and serving clients.</li>
<li>Communicate with law enforcement and prosecutors on customers cases. Legal Coordinator - Market Location</li>
<li>Attends criminal court hearings and reports court activity to Operations Manager, victims, and Alto’s leadership.</li>
<li>Acts as a victim advocate and confers with victims, witnesses, law enforcement officers, and prosecutors regarding the rights and wishes of represented victims when requested by the Operations Manager.</li>
<li>Advises victims and corporate employers regarding criminal and courtroom procedures and case handling with the support of the legal team.</li>
<li>Assists in coordination of witness courtroom attendance needs.</li>
<li>Prepares bail and sentencing recommendation documents for submission on behalf of crime victims.</li>
<li>Assists in the relationship building and on-going interaction with local law enforcement agencies and prosecutors that belong to the ALTO Alliance program.</li>
<li>Schedules and coordinates Law Enforcement Partnership meetings for the stores on their district. </li>
<li>Makes retail client visits as necessary.</li>
<li>Provide Legal updates and support to their assigned stores</li>
<li>Keeps Legal Management systems updated</li>

Minimum Position Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience in one more of the following: Criminal Law Legal Assistant/Legal Coordinator for 1+ Year</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree (Preferred but not required) with a criminal justice/legal focus</li>
<li>Experience with documentation management such as case management software/systems, maintaining contact and data entry/input and alike, is preferred.</li>
<li>Brings great attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills, as they support Attorney(s) and help with legal issues.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively and independently</li>
<li>Must be able to prioritize and accomplish objectives in a timely manner</li>

HR Business Partner 
Position Summary: 
The Human Resource Business Partner (“HRBP”) contributes to the execution of TireHub’s HR strategy within their assigned region. The HRBP is a generalist with a wide range of HR knowledge. Along with the Hub Human Resource team the HRBP is the source of HR expertise for management and Hubbers. Leads regional HR change management projects and manages related internal and external communications. Acts as the performance improvement driver and will provoke positive changes in people management. Identifies and prepares development plans for the key and high potential employees and works with regional leaders to identify employees ready for promotion and advancement across different functions. The HRBP actively supports discussions and transfers best practices from different functions within the HR organization.
