Position Summary
The Med Gas Technician III responsible for performing environmental monitoring services including laboratory and hospital hazardous chemical agent exposure monitoring; ventilation surveys; operating room testing services, halogenated agent and N20 exposure monitoring and indoor air quality (IAQ) Monitoring. Additionally, responsibilities will include the ability to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain, vacuum pumps and air compressors in healthcare facilities.
Essential Job Functions

<li>Servicing MTA accounts for testing and certification of medical gas systems.</li>
<li>Maintenance, repair and installation of medical gas pipeline systems.</li>

<li>Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervisor.</li>
<li>Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.</li>

<li>Understand operating manuals for preventative maintenance service.</li>
<li>Consult/assist in sales, as necessary.</li>
