Summary of Position: 
Offer full support to restaurant servers and bartenders in order to maintain the highest possible guest experience. <li>Develop Drawings using various versions of AutoCAD</li>
<li>Convert Drawings from AutoCAD to PDF</li>
<li>Utilize Microsoft office to import Bill of Materials and other documents into AutoCAD</li>
<li>Work closely with the project implementation team to meet project specifications and technical requirements</li>
<li>Develop and Maintain a “library” of commonly used panel components to streamline design of future panels</li>
<li>Assist Engineering in development and enhancements of company-wide standards</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Thorough understanding of electrical schematics and electronic controls</li>
<li>Keep up to date on current technology and software (AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc)</li>
<li>Working knowledge of AC/DC power distribution</li>
<li>Electrical understanding of relay logic</li>
<li>Understanding of control panel components functionality</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Self-motivated individual – able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Team oriented, flexible and willing to assist in other technical disciplines.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Heat Gain and Power Consumption Calculations is a plus</li>
<li>PLC / RTU Hardware knowledge is a plus</li>
<li>Ability to develop drawings of existing panels via field investigation is a plus</li>

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform floor care tasks, including cleaning, buffing, and refinishing floors in resident rooms, common areas, and offices.</li>
<li>Operate floor care equipment safely and efficiently.</li>
<li>Maintain records of floor care activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.</li>
<li>Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.</li>
<li>Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li>
<li>Previous floor care experience is preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.</li>
<li>Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies</li>
<li>Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods. </li>
<li>Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.</li>
<li>Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.</li>
<li>Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.</li>
<li>Residency within the service area required</li>
