<li>Post-secondary degree in geography, geomatics, real estate, planning, project management or business.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years’ professional services consulting experience, working with external clients.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in Project Management.</li>
<li>Experience in land acquisition, energy, real estate, permitting, project development and/or client facing/consulting on renewable and/or transmission line infrastructure projects</li>
<li>Self-starter</li>

Summary 
The Process Order Expediter is responsible for making sure all the daily Hit List and Sample work orders are processed in a timely manner.
Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with each Production department the flow of the HL and SWE orders to be processed on time.</li>
<li>Verify the status of the order and follow up with each department to move it through the production process.</li>
<li>Provides communication and proper documentation of packing slips.</li>
<li>Assists Customer Service to update them on order status.</li>
<li>Performs the steps in JESTA, step receipt for shipment process for all HT and SWE manufacturing sales orders.</li>
<li>Reviews shipment report to ensure all step receipts (1,2 &amp; 3) have been completed for every SOFs processed during the current and prior day.</li>
<li>Provides back up for the Department for data entry, scanning, assembly and shipping.</li>
<li>Responsible for working according to the company’s safety and quality standards.</li>
<li>Maintains a safe and clean work area.</li>
<li>Performs other related duties as required and assigned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
§ High school diploma or its equivalent.
§ Two years of experience in the data entry field.
§ Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Office).
§ Ability to operate various work-processing software, spreadsheets, and database programs. 
§ Must read, write and understand Basic English.
§ Team work ability.
§ Attention to details.
§ Equivalent or combination of experience, training and/or education.
§ Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function for this position.
Physical Demands:
