Puttshack is looking to attract a diverse team of fun hospitality associates who care deeply about creating an elevated, one-of-a-kind guest experience. Schedule/Hours:
Our venues are open 7 days/week, typically from 11am-1am with some variations. All positions within our venue are variable schedules, meaning a typical work schedule may be anywhere between 15 and 30 hours on a weekly basis depending on business needs and individual availability.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Required Skills and Experience:

Restaurant Team Member
The Restaurant Team member performs assigned workstation duties to ensure quality products and service are delivered to our customers meeting Papa John’s standards. Comply with Papa John’s uniform, appearance, and operations standards as defined in the Operations Manual, PIZZAcademy, Team Member Handbook, and with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, taking orders, providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person, and acting with a sense of urgency in everything they do.</li>
<li>Work as part of a team and assist each other by being on time for their shift, supporting other workstations during their shift and completing all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift. Enhance the company’s image by complying with uniform and appearance standards. Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun.</li>
<li>Accurately use the FOCUS System, process cash, and/or credit card transactions. Support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average when taking an order. Protect the company’s assets by maintaining organized, safe and clean work areas; comply with safety and security standards at all times.</li>

What you’ll do

<li>Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it, noting all findings.</li>
<li>Explain valet rates to customers. </li>
<li>Quickly and kindly respond to customer questions. </li>
<li>Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.</li>
<li>Report all accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management.</li>
<li>Know the area's major streets, landmarks, and freeways and give customers directions if needed.</li>
<li>Come to work in your clean uniform every scheduled shift, on time, and ready to work.</li>
<li>Remain in complete uniform for the entirety of your shift. </li>
<li>Assist management with additional duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
What you need 
<ul>
<li>A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record. </li>
<li>The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.</li>
<li>Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends).</li>
<li>Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).</li>
<li>The ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.</li>
<li>The ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos.</li>
<li>The ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events while working.</li>
