Position Summary
The Assistant Property &amp; Assistant Association Manager provides administrative and operational support to the Property Manager and the licensed Association Manager (CAM). This position assists with daily property operations, homeowner and resident relations, maintenance coordination, financial support, and compliance activities. This role does not act independently as a Property Manager or Association Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative &amp; Resident / Homeowner Support
<ul>
<li>Serve as a point of contact for residents, homeowners, Board members, and vendors</li>

<li>Prepare and distribute routine notices, letters, forms, and community communications</li>
<li>Maintain organized electronic and physical property and association records</li>
</ul>
Property &amp; Association Operations
<ul>
<li>Assist with move-ins, move-outs, leasing, and homeowner documentation</li>
<li>Support enforcement of lease terms, rules, and regulations under management direction</li>
<li>Document complaints, violations, and follow-up actions</li>

Board &amp; Meeting Support (HOA / Condominium)

<li>Assist with preparation and posting of board, annual, and special meeting notices</li>
<li>Prepare agendas, sign-in sheets, and meeting packets as directed</li>

Maintenance &amp; Vendor Coordination

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience in property management, HOA/condo administration, or administrative support preferred</li>
<li>Florida CAM license not required; pursuing CAM a plus</li>
<li>Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills</li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential information professionally</li>
<li>Proficient in office software and property management systems</li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish or Creole) preferred</li>
