Job DescriptionSouthland Holdings Company&nbsp;is currently accepting resumes for highly motivated Point / Patch Dry Concrete Finisher Foreman&nbsp;to join our team in Lake Worth, FL.&nbsp; Duties: · Supervise the repair of damaged area of dried concrete ·Being able to work on a Manlift. · Follow safety rules at all times. · Finish assigned tasks on time with high standards of quality. · Has a good general knowledge of construction practices. · Construct, erects, installs, and repairs structures, and fixtures of wood, and plywood. · Ability to finish concrete to grade and straight edged. · Treat equipment with care and keep tools clean. · Ability to read and understand plans&nbsp; · Forming slabs, columns and walls for concrete pours. · Insure all parts of structures are plumb and square and true. · Know all proper signals for crane work. · Be able to work with metric, feet, and hundredths measurements. · Reads and understands plans and specifications. · Able to survey grid-lines and elevation. Requirements: · 3&nbsp;years as a Concrete Finisher · Ability to comprehend to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form, including equipment operational and/or safety manuals. · Excellent interpersonal communication and team work skills are necessary as proper completion of an assigned job and working safe will be highly dependent upon this ability. · 3+ years of carpentry/form setting experience within the construction industry is required. · Post offer drug screen required and all new hires will be processed through E - Verify. Physical Requirements: · Ability to sit stand for extended periods of time while operating equipment or using tools. · Employee will bend, lift, climb, kneel, or squat while moving or lifting heavy materials, forms or equipment. · Employee will be exposed to extreme temperatures and conditions such as dirt, dust, fumes and noises while working on construction sites. · Employee may be exposed to mechanical, chemical, electrical or fire hazards while preforming welding or carpentry duties. Job Description
