A. Essential Duties

Cleans bar and equipment, and replenishes bar supplies such as liquor, fruit, ice, and dishes by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

<li>Stocks refrigerating units with wines and bottled beer</li>
<li>Replaces empty beer kegs with full ones</li>
<li>Slices and pits used to garnish drinks</li>
<li>Wash glasses, bar, and equipment and polishes bar fixtures</li>
<li>Removes empty bottles and trash, clean up the spills, remove the glassware and organize the counter.</li>
<li>Mixes and prepares flavors for mixed drinks</li>
<li>Keep the bar stocked with all other necessary items before and during service hours.</li>
<li>Ensure customer satisfaction by smiling and answering any questions our customers may ask</li>
<li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day/night shifts, weekends and holidays</li>
<li>Must have a Florida Food Handlers and Alcohol compliance certifications or obtain within 30 days of hire</li>

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. General knowledge of liquors and wines.

The Customer Service Assistant Manager is responsible for modeling and driving the Front End mission of exceptional execution of Customer Service at both the Customer Relations Desk and the cashier pods. They report to the Customer Service Manager and support the Team Leader by ensuring all Plum Market service standards are met and Guest issues are resolved in a positive, respectful and timely manner. They will train, supervise, oversee and manage Front End Team Members and ensure they comply with the operating policies and procedures of Plum Market.

Communicate effectively with Customers, Team Members and Store Leadership. 
Effectively resolve Customer issues and concerns in a timely manner. 
Ensure execution of Front End sanitation and cleaning procedures, course correcting as necessary. 
Ensure Team Member compliance of all relevant Plum Market policies and standard operating procedures.
