Discovery At Home is hiring a Speech Pathologist/Audiologist to provide speech pathology services on an intermittent basis to clients in their homes in accordance with physician's orders. 
Responsibilities:

<li>Evaluates the client's level of functioning and hearing recommends mechanisms to enhance the client's hearing ability.</li>
<li>Provides initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of the client’s needs, including Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) assessments.</li>
<li>Establishes a Speech Therapy treatment plan in consultation with the physician and revises it with the approval of the physician as necessary.</li>
<li>Assists in development and implementation of the interdisciplinary client care plan as it pertains to Speech Therapy.</li>
<li>Assures that the physician's orders are appropriate and discusses necessary changes.</li>
<li>Communicates with other team members and, when appropriate, instructs them in speech pathology techniques that they may use while working with the client.</li>
<li>Teaches, supervises, and counsels the family and client in the total Speech Therapy program and other related problems of the client at home.</li>
<li>Evaluates the client, his/her significant other(s) and the home situation to determine what instruction will be required, what assistance will be available for the family in caring for the client, and what other agency and community services will be required.</li>
<li>Makes arrangements for out-patient services for procedures which cannot be given in the home.</li>
<li>Records all evaluation data, treatments, and client's response to therapy intervention on a timely basis.</li>
<li>Supervises the Home Health Aide every two weeks when Speech Therapy is the only professional discipline involved in the client's care.</li>
<li>Records and reports to the physician the client's reaction to treatment and /or any changes in the client's condition.</li>
<li>Participates in the development of periodic revision of the physician's plan of treatment keeping him/her informed of the patient's status, and obtaining additional orders if necessary.</li>
<li>Communicates with the physician at least every 30 days or whenever changes occur regarding the client’s status and obtains additional orders, if necessary.</li>
<li>Evaluates the effectiveness of speech pathology intervention and updates the client care plan as needed.</li>
<li>Writes clinical/progress notes on the date of the visit and incorporates same in the client's record within 72 hours.</li>
<li>Assumes responsibility for self development by continually striving to improve his/her health care knowledge through educational programs, attendance at workshops and conferences, active participation in professional and related organization meetings and individual research and reading.</li>
<li>Confirms, on a weekly basis, the scheduling of visits with the Director of Nursing in order to coordinate the patient’s visit schedule.</li>
<li>Participates in agency activities, case conferences and meetings, when appropriate.</li>
<li>Participates with staff, clients, and physicians in discharge planning activities and completes a Speech Therapy Discharge Summary</li>
<li>Understands and adheres to established policies and procedures of agency.</li>
<li>Participates in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement activities as assigned.</li>
<li>Attends all patient care conferences as scheduled.</li>
<li>Completes and submits OASIS assessments, reassessments, transfers, resumptions of care, discharges, visit notes and significant change in condition in accordance with agency defined time frames.</li>

Assists in Agency Admission Process:
<ul>
<li>Obtains a medical history, particularly as it relates to the present condition.</li>
<li>Evaluates the client, and the home situation to determine what instruction and assistance will be available from the family in caring for the client, and what other Agency and community services will be required.</li>
<li>Assures that the physician’s orders are appropriate and discusses necessary changes.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Must have a Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology with a Bachelor Degree in the Field of Speech and Hearing Therapy preferred.</li>
<li>A member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association preferred.</li>
<li>Licensed or registered by the State, if required.</li>
<li>Must have at least one year of institutional experience.</li>
<li>Must have at least 2 year of home health experience and at least one year of supervisory experience ( 2 years preferred).</li>

We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Emergency Road Service Dispatcher to join our Commercial Tire Division. You’ll be responsible for coordinating roadside service calls, dispatching technicians, and ensuring fast, professional service to our commercial customers.

What You’ll Do:

<li>Answer and dispatch incoming Emergency Road Service (ERS) calls</li>
<li>Communicate with customers and service technicians to schedule and track service calls</li>
<li>Record job details accurately in the dispatch system</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service under pressure</li>
<li>Participate in a rotating after-hours dispatch schedule</li>
</ul>

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the residential community.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.</li>
<li>Observe and report any suspicious persons, activities, or potential hazards within the residential location.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with property management and/or law enforcement when required, following established protocols.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or any unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>At least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience is required.</li>
<li>A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.</li>
<li>Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.</li>
<li>Access control or badge experience is preferred.</li>
<li>A guard card or license is preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>
<li>Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.</li>
