Position Summary
The Client Services Analyst role is a critical role responsible for supporting all service and support requests received from our business partners. This requires expert problem-solving skills to be able to urgently interpret, troubleshoot, and resolve client inquiries in a fast-paced environment. This position requires coordinating and leading frequent interactions with multi-functional subject matter experts with personnel within RxSense and its's business partners. An advanced working knowledge of all RxSense products, services and processes is a minimum requirement of success for this position. A thorough understanding of the PBM environment and broader healthcare system is preferred.
Primary Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities

<li>The first point of contact for day-to-day management of service and support requests received from business partners.</li>
<li>Intake, troubleshoot, and resolve any inquiry relative to claims processing, eligibility, file management, benefits administration, claim and drug pricing, non-consultative clinical logic, data analytics, and platform UI/UX.</li>
<li>Maintain immaculate organization within email, ticketing, and reporting systems.</li>
<li>Initiate and lead interactions with internal peers and business partners through phone, email and multiple web-systems on a daily basis to sustain the progression of issue resolution.</li>

<li>Attend and participate in meetings with clients and business partners as needed.</li>

Qualifications

Alpert JFS is looking for a strong Facilities Manager to be responsible for the Agency’s three facilities to include repairs, safety, vendor relationship and general maintenance.
 
Essential Responsibilities:
 
Vendor &amp; Contractor Management
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary liaison for external service providers including electricians, plumbers, landscapers, janitorial, security, fire protection, and alarm system companies.</li>
<li>Supervise and coordinate on-site work of external contractors; escort vendors as required.</li>
<li>Obtain quotes, review scopes of work, and manage vendor performance.</li>
<li>Oversee lease relationships and manage communications with landlords or property managers for leased spaces.</li>
</ul>
Building Maintenance &amp; Operations
<ul>
<li>Conduct routine facility inspections and complete maintenance checklists.</li>
<li>Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance (monthly/quarterly/annual) across all building systems.</li>
<li>Perform basic maintenance tasks: furniture assembly/repair, minor plumbing, hanging items, touch-up painting, drywall patching.</li>
<li>Identify and report major repair needs, coordinate with vendors for specialized repair work.</li>
<li>Maintain and restock building-related supplies, tools, and inventory.</li>
<li>Respond to emergency maintenance issues during and outside regular hours.</li>
</ul>
Health, Safety &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with OSHA and other health and safety regulations.</li>
<li>Plan and lead safety and emergency training (fire drills, active shooter, etc.).</li>
<li>Monitor cleanliness and safety of all indoor/outdoor facilities, including conference rooms, restrooms, kitchens, parking lots, and outdoor spaces.</li>
<li>Collaborate with security vendors to maintain workplace safety and implement proper access control and monitoring.</li>
</ul>
Facilities Administration
<ul>
<li>Track facility expenditures and assist in budgeting for facility needs.</li>
<li>Review and submit invoices, track department credit card receipts, and process check requests.</li>
<li>Maintain logs and documentation for all facility operations and inspections.</li>
<li>Prepare reports on maintenance activities, safety incidents, equipment condition, and utility usage.</li>
<li>Develop and implement protocols for seasonal or weather-related facility preparation.</li>
</ul>
Project &amp; Event Support
<ul>
<li>Plan and coordinate facility-related installations and refurbishments (HVAC, electrical, telecom).</li>
<li>Assist with setup and teardown for internal and external company events.</li>
<li>Manage storage and disposal of office furniture and supplies.</li>
</ul>
Miscellaneous Operational Support
<ul>
<li>Drive to company locations (e.g., post office, bank, satellite offices) as required.</li>
<li>Retrieve company-owned property from former employees.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>3-5 years' experience in a similar capacity.</li>
<li>Knowledge of methods used in maintenance including basic knowledge of the following trades: carpentry, plumbing, glass replacement, painting, masonry, grounds keeping, appliance repair, and electrical wiring; standard practices and tools used in the maintenance and repair of building facilities; safety practices and procedures related to the building trades.</li>
<li>Ability to lift heavy objects and do other labor-intensive tasks.</li>
<li>Excellent time management and multitasking skills.</li>
<li>Great leadership and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Experience planning and maintaining facility budgets.</li>
<li>Contract handling experience.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft office and ability to learn work order management tool.</li>
<li>Strong ability to listen and communicate effectively (verbal and written).</li>
<li>Outstanding organizational and time management skills.</li>
