Opportunity Overview:
Solar Construction Manager is onsite position based in Belen, NM 87002 and Per diem at GSA rates. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) The Construction Manager oversees the on-site construction of utility-scale solar projects from Notice-to-Proceed to Commercial Operation Date. You will be our client's representative and main contact for EPC contractors. You will be responsible for oversight of the execution of the construction work and ensuring contractors are maintaining contractual obligations. Specifically, this includes ensuring they meet obligations regarding safety, quality, schedule, and budget. You will report to the onsite Manager.
Your Day-to-Day:
<ul>
<li>Review agreements, contracts and permits to verify requirements are met, as well as compliance with building, environmental, and safety standards.</li>
<li>Coordinate with development to ensure pending tasks are closed out at execution turn-over.</li>
<li>Verify scheduling, delivery and inventory of owner supplied materials through review of reporting.</li>
<li>Attend EPC Contractor Plan-of-Day meetings to review previous day and current planned activities.</li>
<li>Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques per the EPC contract.</li>
<li>Conduct site audits and participate in tailboards/safety all-hands meetings with EPC to assure that we follow the site safety plan and relay safety updates to the client.</li>
<li>Ensure site team has reviewed and understand agreements, contracts, and permit applicable to their scope of work.</li>
<li>Meet with site team for updates on site activity and join team allows.</li>
<li>Verify QAQC reports submitted in Unifier by site team, and document upload and reporting.</li>
<li>Communicate with the utility and project off-taker(s) on-site.</li>
<li>Provide updates about project status and construction progress, and approval of construction status update(weekly), and incident reports submitted by EPC</li>
<li>Review and approve requests for information (RFI) after submittal, and follow-up with pending, or open RFI's.</li>
<li>Approval of scope deviation notices (SDN) for escalation to project manager.</li>
<li>Review and coordinate with project manager on project forecast and risk tracker changes.</li>
<li>Support scheduling and coordination of project commissioning and close-out activities, with support from the EPC partner.</li>
<li>Review of Job Book documentation and mechanical completion guarantees to ensure compliance before signing completion certificates.</li>
<li>Support business management, finance, and off-taker/3rd party engineering close out with documentation and as-built follow-up.</li>
<li>Support the hand-off of project to the Power Generation Group at COD.</li>
<li>In addition to these tasks, the Construction Manager will train the construction site team reporting to them, with support from the Project manager and Subject Matter Coaches.</li>

Who You Are:

<li>Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Power Generation, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li>
<li>Relevant Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in power plant commissioning, working with EPC Contractors, engineering firms, and equipment suppliers.</li>

The Roadway Maintenance Supervisor leads day-to-day field operations for DOT asset maintenance, directing crews and subcontractors to deliver safe, high‑quality, and efficient roadway and roadside work. You will plan daily assignments, set up compliant work zones, verify materials and equipment, and monitor production, safety, and quality against contract requirements and KPIs such as MRP. You will use the CMMS to manage work orders, document quantities and photos, and keep records audit-ready. 
In this role, the team member will coach and develop field staff, conduct toolbox talks and JSAs, and perform routine inspections to prevent repeat deficiencies. This position will coordinate with inspectors and client representatives, communicate traffic impacts, and support incident and storm response, including after‑hours call‑outs. Success is measured by zero‑injury performance, clean compliance results, on‑time work completion, and a motivated team that takes pride in maintaining. This position reports out of the Jensen Beach, FL office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Evaluate crew performance and daily work production to ensure maintenance tasks and work programs are completed safely, on time, and to DOT standards.</li>
<li>Implement the project safety plan; lead daily JSAs/toolbox talks; identify job hazards and ensure proper controls and PPE are in place before work begins.</li>
<li>Lead daily team meetings, assign routine maintenance and repair activities, and adjust plans based on priorities, weather, and traffic conditions.</li>

<li>Hands-on experience operating highway maintenance equipment (e.g., loaders, tractors, dump trucks).</li>
