<li>Provide detailed information on car wash services, memberships, and promotions.</li>
<li>Educate customers about the benefits of various service options and upsell where appropriate.</li>
<li>Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the car wash.</li>
<li>Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.</li>
<li>Assist with the daily operation of the car wash, including managing transactions and handling card payments.</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure equipment is functioning correctly.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high service standards.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.</li>
<li>Collect and communicate customer feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement and enhance service quality. Additionally, log client issues within Micrologic to ensure they are addressed effectively.</li>
<li>Follow up with customers as needed to resolve issues or address concerns.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high service standards and efficient operations.</li>
<li>Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues in achieving common goals.</li>
