General Purpose: Offers superior customer service while selling merchandise and assisting management in merchandising, inventory control, reservations, and special events preparation. Essential Duties: • Performs opening and closing procedures for the shop or store as determined by management. • Responsible for accountability of POS transactions made. • Collects applicable fees from members/guests as they arrive. • Makes tee times, clinic, lesson and special event reservations, in person or by phone. • Assists guests by selling merchandise and providing information in a professional manner. • Assists with rotating stock and keeping displays clean and orderly. • Assists with general cleaning of the shop or store. • Assist shop supervisor with creating appealing displays. • Assists with monthly physical inventories. • May work with professionals to facilitate orderly start and play times. • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. • Regular and reliable attendance. • Performs other duties as required/needed. · Maintains up-to-date understanding of hydraulic systems, repairs and their components.

· Cleans working areas after repair work is completed.
· Assists in fabricating, body repair and painting.
· Adjusts cutting units on mowing equipment.

Responsibilities

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Foster a positive and motivating team environment focused on accountability and results </li>

Required Experience and Qualifications

<li>3+ years of call center sales supervisory experience (required) </li>
<li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire others </li>
<li>Knowledge of call center sales operations, KPIs, and performance metrics </li>
<li>Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills </li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment </li>
<li>Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted </li>
