<li> Work directly with the underwriter to ensure accurate reflection of financials and to ensure accurate preparation of Loss Given Default, Probability of default and Risk Adjusted Return on Capital models at time of new/renew requests. </li>
<li> Coordinate deal team meetings between Relationship Manager, Market President, Senior Credit Officer, and Underwriter </li>
<li> Finalize term sheets to meet client and bank needs </li>
<li> Engage underwriting to update results of term sheet accordingly and as needed to be reviewed by deal team </li>
<li> Builds and maintains a portfolio mix of targeted high value and high potential clients. </li>
<li> Acts as a financial advisor by educating the customer about financial strategies (e.g. Financial planning, investments, insurance, credit, market trends) based on customer profile and financial plan, and matching customer needs with appropriate products and services. Monitors customer information/products, financial plan and market trends to identify new customer needs and opportunities to deliver further customer value. </li>
<li> Work with Manager to coordinate credit decision with Market President, Senior Credit Officer, Executive Credit Officer, Chief Credit Officer and Chief Operations Officer. Create/Prepare Commitment Letter with Management supervision </li>
<li> Finalize any required conditions precedent as needed to ensure Loan Closing has all items needed </li>
<li> Responsible for reviewing closing documents, communicating with clients and identifying portfolio weaknesses and trends and alerting management (Group Manager, Market President, Senior Credit Officer) to deteriorating portfolio conditions </li>
<li> Ensures client adherence to covenants with review of calculations, key provisions, and recommendations according to policy </li>
<li> Performs all other duties as assigned </li>

Hanley Foundation, a non-profit organization based in West Palm Beach that aims to eliminate addiction through prevention, treatment, advocacy, and recovery support, seeks a Clinical Director to manage our expanding inpatient substance use and mental health treatment units. Thes is a full-time positions on-site in our West Palm Beach, Florida treatment center. The Clinical Director will be responsible for the daily clinical management of a unit. Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

<li>Provide leadership and oversight for two residential treatment programs. </li>
<li>Clinical Directors take full responsibility for their programs and work with the CCO and other directors to design, implement, and maintain excellence in Hanley's treatment programs.</li>
<li>Clinical Directors work on an interdependent team and demonstrate a dedication to the highest levels of professionalism and mutual support.</li>
<li>Manage clinical staff, including task assignment, training, individual supervision, and evaluation(s) of job performance.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily clinical issues, including but not limited to meeting with patients and families as deemed clinically appropriate, responsible for decisions regarding unusual discharges, and providing proactive direction to minimize crises.</li>
<li>Complete monthly Quality Performance Indicator assessments.</li>
<li>Promote the integration of a 12-step philosophy and a positive peer culture with patients, families, referrals, and Hanley employees.</li>
<li>Coordinate and develop therapeutic presentations provided in the treatment unit. </li>
<li>Provide psycho-educational presentations and co-facilitate groups as needed.</li>
<li>Meet individually with patients when deemed clinically appropriate and provide clinical direction in crises as needed. </li>
<li>Utilize the written plan and organizational benchmarks when further developing staff and program.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Marketing, Accounting, Intake, Admissions, and Continuing Care departments to resolve problems and improve seamless continuum functioning.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance of all state standards and accrediting bodies. </li>
<li>Troubleshoot grievances and incident reports.</li>
<li>Meet with families participating in FEP programs when necessary. </li>
<li>Serve as the point person for all public speaking events.</li>
<li>Serve as leader of the multidisciplinary treatment team. This includes being an active supervisor on your team and collaborating on interventions and extended referrals to ensure consistent internal and external customer service. </li>
<li>Uphold all Hanley Foundation Health Care Policies and Procedures.</li>
<li>Maintain patient/potential patient confidentiality following Hanley's Policy.</li>
<li>Must be available outside of standard work hours to assist with mental health crises and other urgent patient needs.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Team.</li>

Education/Experience/Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Licensed by the State of Florida as a Qualified Credentialed Counselor (LMFT LMHC, LCSW/MCAP/Psychologist) in good standing or deemed capable of delivering counseling services by Clinical Leadership.</li>
<li>Education commensurate with licensure, master’s degree or Doctorate required.</li>
<li>At least 3 years of experience working in a substance use treatment facility/or mental health facility is required.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of evidence-based treatment models for perinatal addiction and a strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by pregnant women with substance use disorders or experience working with trauma populations and understanding of the unique challenges faced by first responders, including stress, PTSD, and critical incident trauma.</li>
<li>Knowledge, experience, and competence in the specific areas of adult treatment, adult co-morbid complications, and family systems theory.</li>
<li>Work experience in a 12-step immersion program.</li>
<li>Must be able to work on-call to address patient crises when they occur.</li>
<li>If in recovery, one (1) year of continuous sobriety is required.</li>
