Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership &amp; Development

Sales &amp; Customer Engagement

<li>Drive store sales and achieve or exceed performance goals</li>
<li>Championing a customer-first approach, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty</li>
<li>Acquire and maintain customers</li>
<li>Empower team members to deliver personalized solutions and close sales</li>
<li>Conduct weekly staff meetings and setup sales goal expectations</li>
<li>Model and support effective upselling, cross-selling, and account activation strategies</li>

Operational Excellence
<ul>
<li>Oversee day-to-day operations including merchandising, inventory, and store appearance</li>
<li>Ensure all company policies and operational procedures are followed consistently</li>
<li>Manage cash handling and POS transactions with accuracy</li>
<li>Track and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement</li>
<li>Execute visual merchandising standards to maximize sales and make sure the store is brand ready</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Any combination of education and experience providing the necessary skills and knowledge is acceptable. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:</li>
<li>Associate or bachelor’s degree with course work in business, accounting, marketing or management.</li>
<li>1-2 years’ experience in retail sales management (wireless industry preferred)</li>
<li>Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals</li>
<li>Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>
