Job DescriptionJob Scope:
<ul>
<li>Professional knowledge of activities and sequences required to furnish a code-compliant structure for South Florida Multi-Family Construction.&nbsp; </li>
<li>Deliver Structure On-Time and On-Budget.</li>
<li>Plan, Schedule, and direct area of work in accordance with project Documents. </li>
<li>Coordination of Sequence and Operations:
<ul>
<li>Land Preparation</li>
<li>Soil Preparation</li>
<li>Underground Utilities</li>
<li>Dewatering</li>
<li>Foundations</li>
<li>Vertical Construction</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Coordination of all required inspections and documentation needed for compliant building. </li>
<li>Leadership and ability to make decisions. </li>
<li>Collaboration with On-Site Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Admin for a successful build. </li>
<li>Preparation and participation in Jobsite meetings. </li>
<li>Ability to recognize, correct and mitigate safety issues. </li>
<li>Reference and maintain project schedule. Suggest ways to become more efficient. </li>
<li>Ability to request information or provide feedback to design professionals when issues arise. </li>
<li>Management of Structure and MEP Trades to ensure efficient and collaborative build process. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 15 Years Experience in South Florida Construction.&nbsp; Minimum 10 years of work experience as a Structural Superintendent in New Construction on projects ranging in value from $15M-$150M. </li>
<li>Knowledge of Formwork, Shoring, Reinforcing, Concrete Placing and Finishing, Masonry Work, Roofing and Exterior Cladding. </li>
<li>Must be familiar and fluent in reading Construction Drawings, specifically:
<ul>
<li>Structural Drawings and Details</li>
<li>Reinforcing Steel/Post-Tension Reinforcement&nbsp; Shop Drawings</li>
<li>Elevator Shop Drawings</li>
<li>Window and Door Shop Drawings</li>
<li>Shoring Shop Drawings</li>
<li>Pre-Cast Garage Shop Drawings</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to coordinate, Submittals, RFIs with current working set of plans and coordinate among these documents to make informed decisions. </li>
<li>Well-developed communications, preferably Bi-Lingual. </li>
<li>Collaborative teamwork skills are required. </li>
<li>Well Organized. </li>
<li>Knowledge of Cast-In-Place Construction Styles
<ul>
<li>Conventional Cast-In Place Shell Construction</li>
<li>Post-Tension Shell Construction</li>
<li>Pre-Cast Shell Construction</li>

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Overall coordination of all structural and MEP trades working onsite to ensure a safe and efficient structural build.</li>
<li>Responsible for coordination and oversight of the area of work. Taking into consideration budget as it pertains to labor, material, and equipment.</li>
<li>Daily communication with Team Superintendents to ensure coordinated work. </li>
<li>Enforcement of project schedule and sequence with trades.</li>
<li>Identifies Project requirements and Owner Contract requirements, oversees and manages all field construction processes.</li>
<li>Verify accuracy of drawing plan measurements of floors, walls, ceilings, etc. Identify discrepancies and take corrective action with the Construction Team. </li>
<li>Prepare and maintain Daily reports as required by Company Standards. </li>
<li>Document issues regarding quality, schedule, safety, and conformance. Collaborate with On-Site Team for support. </li>
<li>Verify accuracy of drawings. Any discrepancies and deviations need to be qualified in writing. </li>
<li>Manages Trade Partners’ Scopes of work.</li>
<li>Contributes to job-site housekeeping:
<ul>
<li>Secured Site</li>
<li>Safety Meetings</li>
<li>Identify any risks.</li>
<li>MOT</li>
<li>Parking &amp; Staging Areas</li>
<li>Cleanliness. </li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Contribute to weekly Subcontractor Meetings:</li>
<li>Constant review of RFIs and Submittals</li>
<li>Ensure all trades are reviewing latest plans. </li>
<li>Safety
<ul>
<li>Have OSHA 30 Training</li>
<li>Ensure personnel abide by GC safety requirements during walks</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Project Closeout:</li>
<li>
<ul>
<li>Oversight of Punch lists and Acceptance by Owner. </li>
<li>Maintain area of work in a clean and finish manner. </li>
<li>Protection of delicate finishes.</li>
</ul>

POSITION SUMMARY: 
The Client Service Representative will answer all incoming calls of potential new cases with the utmost professionalism and will fill out the new client intake before transferring to the respective intake team. The Operator will also fill out numerous excels to assist their supervisor. 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

<li>Answering all incoming phone calls of new or existing clients</li>
<li>Answering all incoming emails in a timely professional manner</li>
<li>Professional phone conduct</li>
<li>Gathering needed new client information and appropriately directing clients to the intake team </li>
<li>Generating and daily maintenance of excel reports</li>
<li>Effectively reviewing files and flow of incoming calls</li>
<li>Placing daily follow-up calls with potential and existing clients </li>
<li>Working in a team setting </li>
<li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li>

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

<li>High school/GED diploma required. </li>
<li>Bilingual (English/ Spanish). </li>
<li>Previous customer service experience preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with data-entry functions.</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).</li>
<li>Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently.</li>
