<li>Experience: Previous armed experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred. Prior experience working in a church or community-based setting is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Armed Security Experience: Must have 2-3 years consecutive experience as an armed security officer, hold an active/valid D &amp; G license, and must not have more than a 1 year gap since your last assignment.</li>
<li>Customer Service Experience: Must have 1-2 years experience in a customer service environment serving the public.</li>
<li>Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with church staff, members, and visitors.</li>
<li>Valid Driver's License: Required for operating a golf cart or other vehicles as needed for security patrols.</li>
<li>Uniform/Equipment: Must Possess firearm, full duty belt, Level 2 holster, and Tactical gear, a black, navy or gray, conservative suit.</li>

<li>Team Support: Work collaboratively with the Site Lead and other security officers to maintain consistent coverage and effective communication. Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues</li>
<li>Incident Reporting: Accurately document and report any incidents or issues to the Site Lead in a timely manner. Complete incident reports as required.</li>
<li>Customer Service: Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor, assisting church members, visitors, and staff as needed.</li>
<li>Property Protection: Prevent theft, vandalism, and other forms of property damage by maintaining a vigilant presence.</li>

The Restaurant Team member performs assigned workstation duties to ensure quality products and service are delivered to our customers meeting Papa John’s standards. Responsibilities
