The Source is a Joint Commission accredited addiction treatment facility that offers multiple levels of care to help men and women overcome alcohol and drug addiction. Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) have a vital role in our clients recovery. Our BHTs spend quality time with our clients. They observe, interact and encourage them throughout the day, during downtime, overnight, between sessions and during activities. A BHT observes clients when they are unguarded and are a vital part of assessing, reporting and supporting early recovery during treatment.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years working in the addiction treatment / behavioral health industry. Working knowledge of 12-step recovery programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
