Prior supervisory experience is preferred. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Proficient computer skills including expertise in the use of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat and prior experience utilizing contract tracking systems is preferred. Prior Lawson experience is highly desirable. Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to travel to all reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

<li>Assist in editing short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other designated platforms. </li>
<li>Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, ensuring content is easily accessible and properly tagged for use across channels.</li>
<li>Help maintain compliance with brand standards, social media policies and platform-specific guidelines.</li>
<li>Assist with influencer and creator coordination, including content approvals, on-site execution and campaign deliverables. </li>
<li>Brainstorm unique and compelling ways to evolve Hard Rock’s brand partnerships through the lens of social media, delivering against overall goals and objectives. </li>
<li>Coordinate billing and invoices related to social media activities and initiatives.</li>
<li>Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to support innovative content creation.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of social platforms and digital trends.</li>
<li>Experience editing content for social using Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
