What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.</li>
<li>Monitor access points and verify credentials to help to deter unauthorized entry into the location.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential concerns.</li>
<li>Document security-related incidents, observations, and actions taken using Allied Universal reporting systems.</li>
<li>Collaborate with on-site staff, visitors, and/or contractors to support access control procedures.</li>
<li>Assist with emergency procedures, including evacuations and incident response, as directed by site management.</li>
<li>Maintain a professional presence and represent Allied Universal at all times while on duty.</li>

Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Customer service experience is preferred.</li>
<li>CPR certification is preferred.</li>
<li>CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.</li>
<li>Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
