Position Summary
Our exciting Manager-In-Training (MIT) program gives you the opportunity to learn and grow at an established company with over 45 years of experience. As our newest associate, you’ll experience a custom interactive program that will guide you through hands-on and computer-based training, lasting approximately sixteen (16) weeks. Qualifications

<li>Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition is required. &nbsp;Must show proof of or successfully complete an approved Conference of Food Protection (CFP) Food Protection Manager (FPM) course within the first 14 days of employment. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) course participant, or certification as required by State &amp; County law.</li>
<li>Must successfully achieve the eLuminate Food Service Manager (FSM) and Long-Term Care Food Service (LTC-FSM) certifications within the first 60 days of employment.</li>
<li>Two years of experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision experience are desired.</li>

Snapshot of key accountabilities of the APRN or PA:
<ul>
<li>Travel to assigned health centers, including Naples, Tampa, and Lakeland, to provide care as needed.</li>
<li>Provide high-quality reproductive and sexual healthcare, including physical exams, patient counseling, contraception management, STI testing/treatment, and abortion-related services.</li>
<li>Conduct medical assessments including breast and pelvic exams, Pap smears, and other screenings aligned with PPFL protocols.</li>
<li>Ensure thorough documentation, compliance with medical standards, and support clinic productivity and flow.</li>
<li>Collaborate with health center leadership and staff to deliver efficient, patient-centered care.</li>
<li>Educate patients on reproductive and sexual health topics, including GAHT, pregnancy options, sterilization post-care, and behavioral/primary health services.</li>
<li>Refer patients for care beyond the clinician’s scope as needed and manage follow-up procedures.</li>
<li>Participate in staff training and contribute to quality assurance efforts.</li>
<li>May perform specialized services such as ultrasound, colposcopy, centralized follow-up, or on-call support, if appropriately credentialed and privileged.</li>
</ul>
 
Experience/Education of the APRN or PA:
<ul>
<li>Current State of Florida Licensure as APRN or PA required, with dispensing authority</li>
<li>Prior experience in women’s health, reproductive health, or family planning strongly preferred</li>
<li>Experience with EHR/EMR systems preferred</li>
<li>Must possess excellent decision-making, communication, and organizational skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated commitment to reproductive health and rights</li>
<li>BLS certification required</li>
<li>Comfort in discussing sensitive topics related to sexuality, pregnancy, and contraception</li>

Benefits and Compensation:
<ul>
<li>Hourly compensation range for APRN or PA: Starting at $54 per hour - with final compensation commensurate with experience.</li>
<li>Eligible for all applicable benefits effective the first of the month following 30 days from your hire date</li>
<li>Paid Time Off accrues immediately but can't be taken until after 90 full days of employment: We value work-life balance, offering generous PTO and paid holidays.</li>
