Responsibilities
Summary
Provides case management of Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) participants from entry to release by administering the program’s policies and procedures as defined by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contract.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Develops, implements, coordinates, reviews and updates case management and individual service plans for ISAP participants in conformance with state and federal regulations and program requirements. Meets with participants face-to-face regularly as required by contractual obligations.</li>

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

<li>Bachelor’s Degree required. Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field preferred.</li>
<li>At least two (2) years of customer service or case management experience required; experience in fields related to law, social work, detention, corrections or working with multi-cultural clients preferred.</li>
<li>Bilingual English/Spanish required.</li>

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some college coursework preferred.
</li>
<li>
Supervisory or team leadership experience in aquatics, education, or related field preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
</li>

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while being agile and taking initiative
</li>
<li>
Comfortable working around water and interacting with children and parents. 
</li>
<li>
Must be able to lift 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods

<li>
CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are required within 90 days of hire (we provide)

Lifeguard certification is preferred
