What We Require: 
<ul>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.</li>
<li>Pass criminal background (Level 2 AHCA -<a href="https://info.flclearinghouse.com" target="_blank">https://info.flclearinghouse.com</a>), and written competency evaluation.</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience with the elderly or frail population.</li>
<li>Preferred: Experience working with Alzheimers or Dementia.</li>
<li>TB test or Chest X-ray required.</li>

Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Assist clients with activities of daily living and provide companionship</li>
<li>Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, care of mouth, skin, and hair.</li>
<li>Perform light housekeeping activities.</li>
<li>Provide ambulation and transferring assistance as needed.</li>
<li>Plan and prepare meals.</li>
<li>Drive clients to appointments as needed</li>
<li>Medication reminders</li>
<li>Take and record vitals as needed</li>
