As a Project Manager for the Commercial Real Estate Department, you will play a key role overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion. Administrative &amp; Client Services Support

<li>Prepare and send representation agreements to new clients.</li>
<li>Process initial and installment payments from clients in person or via telephone.</li>
<li>Handle case closures and filing, ensuring all necessary documentation is properly stored and archived.</li>
<li>Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing shipments.</li>

Marketing &amp; Community Engagement

<li>Participate in occasional firm marketing events.</li>

What We’re Looking For

<li>Bilingual (English &amp; Spanish) – Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently and grammatically in both languages.</li>
<li>Strong Communication Skills – Professional and articulate phone, email, and in-person communication.</li>
<li>Highly Organized &amp; Detail-Oriented – Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently without sacrificing quality.</li>
<li>Self-Motivated &amp; Independent – Can work with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.</li>
<li>Tech-Savvy – Experience using case management software, Microsoft Office, and online platforms is a plus.</li>
<li>Customer Service Experience – Experience in a client-facing role involving in-person and telephonic client communications</li>

Overview &amp; Responsibilities: 
Overview: The Yacht Service/Maintenance Technician provides service and maintenance as needed to the new, used yacht inventory and retail customer yachts. This position includes general maintenance through a planned maintenance systems designed to maintain the product on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis. Is responsible for performing mechanical repairs on vessels and equipment at off site locations and marinas.
Reports to: Service Manager / Service Team Leader
Key Tasks / Duties:

<li>Conduct maintenance checks and repairs as described in the maintenance work order in a timely and professional manner.</li>
<li>Provide proper documentation, such as labor tickets, work order up-dates including a description of the work performed.</li>
<li>Perform mechanical repairs on vessels and equipment</li>
<li>Ensure all retail / warranty repairs are completed according to manufacturer and HMY guidelines</li>
<li>Complete repair work with the established timeframe provided by manufacturer or HMY internal guidelines</li>
<li>Ensure customer satisfaction by arriving for service calls in a timely manner and presenting a professional image of HMY</li>
<li>Follow-up with customer to ensure complete satisfaction</li>
<li>Inspect vessels, prepare and itemize estimate listing parts and labor</li>
<li>Communicate with service advisor and/or parts department to obtain necessary parts and supplies in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Notify service advisors when repairs beyond the scope of this position and follow-up on completion.</li>
<li>Update maintenance work order upon the completion of the service</li>
<li>Available to work additional hours when necessary</li>
<li>Travel to additional locations when necessary to maintain inventory or perform warranty repairs.</li>
<li>Maintain vehicle log, ensure a professional and clean appearance of company vehicle Project a knowledgeable and professional image at all times</li>
<li>Communicate professionally with customers and manufacturers to resolve issues.</li>
<li>Communicate and assist Captains as required in preparation for demos and vessel movement.</li>
<li>Follow all Company Policies and Safety Guidelines</li>
<li>Safely operate company vehicle and remain within posted speed limits</li>
<li>Maintain a safe driving record</li>
