 Position Summary:&nbsp;
As a Dispensary Lead, you hold a central position in the dispensary’s operations. Your role encompasses various responsibilities aimed at ensuring a positive and efficient experience for medical cannabis patients and adult-use customers. You will serve as a key point of contact, offering assistance, answering queries, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Beyond customer interactions, the Dispensary Lead actively contributes to the dispensary’s overall sales success.&nbsp;&nbsp;
 Key Responsibilities:

<li>Create an environment of “Patients First” focusing on excellent patient interaction</li>
<li>Recognize and appropriately respond to the patients with ease and compassion</li>
<li>Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with patient information and interactions</li>
<li>Multi-task, think critically and work quickly to resolve problems as they arise</li>
<li>Create and execute patient orders based on physician recommendations and accurately deduct the amount from the Office of Medical Marijuana Use Registry (OMMUR)</li>
<li>Keep current with company policies and procedures</li>
<li>Responsible for either opening or closing of dispensary (key holder)</li>
<li>Balance cash and product inventory as part of daily closing procedure</li>
<li>Observing and participating in patient services during consultation and sale</li>
<li>Maintain accountability of all team members, in relation to specific job description</li>

 Requirements:

<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Must be at least 21 years of age</li>
<li>Recent and relevant hospitality and/or retail experience required</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation</li>
<li>2+ year customer service</li>
<li>Strong customer service skills</li>
<li>Must possess a positive and professional attitude</li>
<li>Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and systems</li>
</ul>
 Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience in hospitality service and/or high-volume retail environment</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred</li>
<li>1 – 3 years in a retail environment managing a team</li>
<li>Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations pertaining to medical marijuana, a plus</li>
<li>Experience working with Excel, POS, and inventory management control systems</li>
