Job Description CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an entry-level Roofing&nbsp;Technical Representative&nbsp;to support Roofing Sales Representatives in the Boynton Beach area. &nbsp;This position pays $50k - $55k, offers premier benefits &amp; annual bonus opportunity. &nbsp;Job Summary:
<ul>
<li>Travel to customer’s locations and inspect commercial roofs</li>
<li>Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas</li>
<li>Measures commercial roofs and estimate the amount of roofing material and labor needed to re-roof</li>
<li>Will work closely with the sales force to provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers</li>
<li>Assist in marketing for new accounts</li>
</ul>
 Candidate Requirements:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)</li>
<li>General Construction, Roofing and/or construction sales experience</li>
<li>A valid driver’s license in good standing</li>
<li>Able to climb up &amp; down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet</li>
<li>Experience with commercial roofing systems: THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS preferred, but will train the right individual</li>
<li>College Degree in&nbsp;Construction Management or similar,&nbsp;preferred</li>
