- Operate and maintain spraying equipment in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer instructions
- Monitor and assess land conditions to determine appropriate treatment schedules and methods
- Follow environmental regulations and safety protocols during all land maintenance activities
- Keep detailed records of chemical applications, equipment maintenance, and land conditions
- Collaborate with groundskeeping and maintenance teams to ensure cohesive land management efforts
- Assist with other landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks as needed
 
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in land maintenance, landscaping, or related field, with specific experience in chemical application preferred
- Valid pesticide applicator license or certification as required by local regulations
- Knowledge of safe handling and application of fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides
- Ability to operate and maintain spraying equipment and other landscaping tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions

<li>Experience in applying fertilizer, pesticides and herbicides. </li>
<li>Basic math skills and conversions required to measure and mix proper amounts of liquids and granular products. </li>

<li>Candidate must have the ability to be a team member and be able to perform with minimum supervision. </li>
