Position: Customer Success Manager
Summary/Objectives:
A Customer Success Manager at 626 manages assigned Customer relationships and works with 626’s Field Service Engineers to ensure a successful service event. They are responsible for providing 626’s Customers with an exceptional service experience by handling their incoming service requests efficiently, scheduling and dispatching 626 Field Service Engineers in adherence to service level agreements and providing excellent customer service. Essential Responsibilities

<li>Work with Parts Procurement to obtain status on open parts orders required for future service scheduling.</li>
<li>Identify when escalation to a Team Lead, Regional Director or 626 Escalations team is necessary to meet customer needs and resolve imminent or potential future issues. </li>
<li>Participate in after-hours and weekends rotations to ensure 626’s customers are supported 7-days /week.</li>

Job DescriptionSummary Tower 28 Beauty is seeking a passionate and driven Field Sales &amp; Education Account Executive to represent our brand in the Southeast region. This position is ideal for someone excited to merge beauty education and retail sales. You will be the face of Tower 28 across key Sephora locations, primarily in South Florida, with periodic visits to Orlando and Puerto Rico. Remote travel expectation up to 20%. &nbsp;Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Business Development

<li>Partner with Sephora Beauty Directors and Store Leadership to drive sell-through, maximize sales opportunities, and meet monthly goals.</li>
<li>Recruit, hire, and develop a team of freelance beauty advisors</li>
<li>Monitor and report on retail performance by door, identifying opportunities and wins weekly.</li>
<li>Strategize, plan and execute in store events in collaboration with store leadership and brand marketing to drive sales and brand awareness</li>
<li>Collaborate on and execute in-store merchandising, merchandising execution, and stock integrity.</li>
<li>Support logistics of impactful store events including planning, execution, recap, and follow up.</li>

Education &amp; Training
<ul>
<li>Deliver engaging, brand-focused education to Sephora Beauty Advisors (BAs) through in-store visits, one-on-ones, and group training opportunities.</li>
<li>Cultivate strong relationships with Sephora cast to build brand loyalty and advocacy.</li>
<li>Act as a brand storyteller, delivering key product messaging, usage tips, and ingredient education.</li>
<li>Support seasonal education updates and cascading product launches aligned with brand delivered education resources.</li>
</ul>
Operational &amp; Administrative
<ul>
<li>Track door visit schedules, education attendance, and feedback via internal systems.</li>
<li>Maintain excellent communication with your Field Sales Manager and cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Submit timely recaps, photos, and qualitative insights after every visit.</li>
<li>Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout a scheduled 8-hour shift.</li>
<li>Follow brand budget guidelines and utilize tools for tracking budgets.</li>
<li>Manage gratis allocation including inventory, assembly, and distribution as needed</li>
<li>Transport, set up, and tear down event kits/supplies/collateral.&nbsp;</li>
<li>This role may at times require extra hours for events, travel, or key meetings, with comp time provided in coordination with your manager.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Qualifications
<ul>
<li>2-3 years of experience in beauty retail as an Account Coordinator or Account Executive with a proven track record of achieving retail sales goals (Sephora experience preferred).</li>
<li>Strong interest in beauty, sales, and education with a willingness to learn.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a regional territory. Experience with direct report management preferred.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.</li>
<li>Flexible schedule, including full availability on weekends and evenings for events, with possible overnight travel.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation; must be comfortable traveling regularly throughout the region.</li>
