Responsibilities
Under the direction of VP Community Affairs and Special Events, Incumbent is responsible for overseeing command center or podium as assigned to dispatch security personnel, receive incoming calls and maintains required log books. duties include, but not limited to:
 
Essential Job Functions:

<li>Prepares detailed incident reports in a clear and precise manner.</li>
<li>Operates and monitors the fire alarm and security CCTV systems.</li>
<li>Implements notification process in emergency situations, assists in the coordination of emergency situations.</li>
<li>Promotes an outgoing, friendly customer oriented personality at all times,</li>
<li>Provides basic security coverage ensuring that adequate protection is provided for the safety and assets of patrons, employees and the company, </li>
<li>Ensures that proper security is provided for all transfers of monies within the casino and hotel areas of the complex.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li>

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required and a minimum of one (1) year of appropriate experience preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

<li>Must be able to effectively direct vehicular traffic in parking lots/garage and entrances/exits.</li>
<li>Must be able to communicate with guests and other employees in a positive manner.</li>
<li>Must be able to communicate effectively and wear a radio earphone without any medical limitations.</li>

Responsibilities
The Bartender’s duties include, but are not limited to mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests and while maintaining the high standard of cleanliness of each bar area according to established policies. Responsibilities
Model Marketing Cocktail Server are an élite, experienced group of professionals that have an acute attention to detail, can be flexible and adjust to their surroundings, and are able to have fun and seem carefree in a very fast-paced environment. Moreover, they are responsible for presenting themselves as a positive reflection of the venue while marketing to potential customers at all times. Works in an efficient and professional manner and able to maintain the cleanliness of workstations and equipment. Participates in in-house modeling programs, special events, Banquet service functions, and performs model/presenter tasks at events.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

<li>Model Marketing Cocktail Server is responsible for providing quality guest service while preparing and serving tableside beverages and, on occasion, food and amenities on a timely manner</li>
<li>Responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions at the Point of Sale system (POS)</li>
<li>Initiates and engages in conversation with all guests in a professional and friendly manner</li>
<li>Ability to pour drinks and mix well-balanced cocktails and shots following standard recipes</li>
<li>Acts as an ambassador of the venue, markets the venue and all products offered to the targeted customer base</li>
<li>Collects customer information for the venue database, while constantly striving to increase the size of their personal clientele</li>
<li>Meets marketing requirements established by management, as per the Company's Marketing Requirement Plan</li>
<li>Prepares all products according to established venue recipes, focusing on proper portion size control</li>
<li>Exhibits and executes a complete knowledge of the venue’s sequence of service and selling technique</li>
<li>Provides each customer with a properly itemized bill and secure payment according to established venue procedures</li>
<li>Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate customer needs and assist other team members when the opportunity arises</li>
<li>Communicates with management, VIP hosts &amp; service team to rectify any and all customer needs, comments or incidents</li>
<li>Ensures that assigned area, side station, tables and POS stations are clean and well stocked at all times</li>
<li>Communicates and works with all support team to ensure inventory is maintained at established par levels</li>
<li>Adheres to all established policies, procedures and guidelines</li>
<li>Maintain excellent customer service skills &amp; high service standards in a constantly changing environment</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Must be 21 years of age or older</li>
<li>A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a high volume, service focused restaurant or nightclub</li>
<li>Previous cocktail serving experience in a high-volume nightclub environment preferred </li>
<li>Must possess a valid alcohol awareness card and a health department card</li>
<li>Must be self-motivated, constantly striving to improve skills and knowledge </li>
<li>Must be fluent in the English language, both written and oral, multilingual skills is a plus</li>
<li>Previous modeling experience preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Must have strong knowledge of spirits, wines, champagne and mixed cocktails</li>
<li>Must be able to mix well-balanced cocktails and shots</li>
<li>Must be able to operate point of sales systems terminal</li>

<li>Play an integral role in managing a highly responsive and technically sound financial reporting department that interfaces across the organization to support key business initiatives. </li>

<li>Drive process improvements related to financial reporting including the preparation of financial covenant calculations.</li>
<li>Develop, mentor and guide individuals in the financial reporting department as necessary.</li>
<li>Oversee, with the help of the Director of Finance, all financial reporting matters including IFRS US GAAP and other country by country GAAP compliance, international accounting and financial reporting.</li>
<li>Drive process change to affect efficiencies in overall accounting and finance processes.</li>
<li>Coordinate operations between departments.</li>
<li>Teach/coach and document employees who fail to meet standards to maintain a high quality workforce.</li>

Qualifications
